Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to NurtureOS.ai (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. This Site is not intended for users under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you are prohibited from accessing this Site. 

Nurture OS (“we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

Description of Site

Nurture OS is not a real, available, or functioning product or service. This Site explores ideas about AI and parenting through creative storytelling and imaginative scenarios. Content may include exaggerated, impossible, or fanciful elements for creative and entertainment purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, psychological, educational, or professional parenting advice. No content should be relied upon for making decisions about child development, parenting practices, or child-rearing. The Site does not provide guidance that should be followed in any real-world context.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, software, and design elements (collectively, “Content”), is the property of Nurture OS or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any Content without our prior written permission
  • Use any Content for commercial purposes
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Frame or mirror any portion of the Site

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
  • To transmit or attempt to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or networks connected to the Site
  • To interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or servers
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Nurture OS, its employees, another user, or any other person or entity

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The Content will be accurate, reliable, or complete
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected
  • The Site or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components

Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.

 

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NURTURE OS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
  • Any content obtained from the Site
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO USE, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nurture OS and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Site
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

 

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Nurture OS. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party content, goods, or services.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Clark County, Nevada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

 

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nurture OS regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

 

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
