Founding Story
The idea for NurtureOS began when its founder – a behavioral scientist and parent – revisited Malcolm Gladwell’s Outliers and the research behind it: Lewis Terman’s “Genetic Studies of Genius.”
Terman’s work revealed that true excellence wasn’t just about IQ – it was about environment, parenting consistency, and opportunity.
From that insight came the question:
